Instructions

1) Download the file
2) Open the ZIP file with a proper program (like WinRAR )
3) Extract it to your Victoria folder
4) Run the timelimit patch (victoriatlc-1.03b-1835-1936.exe)
5) Start Victoria
6) Evaluate the game and post your comments

Before intall the TWEP Scenario make sure you back up your original Victoria game.

Warning: Extract this in a 1.03b clean version of Victoria!
